Led and conducted user research for HTC VIVE Pro's out-of-box experience, executing eight design iterations with over 60 participants in both controlled lab settings and real-world environments. The insights shaped modular packaging and intuitive guides, reducing setup time by 26% and earning a 2018 Red Dot Award.
Dexon Wallet Product Design
DEXON Wallet is a decentralized cryptocurrency wallet available as both a browser extension and a mobile app. It allows users to securely store and manage their DXN assets while seamlessly interacting with DEXON-powered DApps.

Evaluating and Benchmarking Virtual Keyboard
Evaluated HTC Sense Input and competitors’ typo correction through experiments. A series of performance metrics were defined and analyzed. The research assessed engine performance, established automated testing, and collected 4,500 typing logs for future evaluation.
